The figure features a newly sculpted Harleyas the new gang leader, capturing the unhinged nature of the complicated villain who loves to break all the rules. The stunningly sculpted and hand-painted head sculpt features a movie-accurate expression with detailed make-up, skin texture, and tattoos, as well as short blonde hair detailed with pink and light-blue moveable pigtails.
